About ACRU Staff

The American Constitutional Rights Union (ACRU) is dedicated to defending the constitutional rights of all Americans. ACRU stands against harmful, anti-constitutional ideologies that have taken hold in our nation’s courts, culture, and bureaucracies. We defend and promote free speech, religious liberty, the Second Amendment, and national sovereignty.

Worship on the Rock, 2026

ACRU was pleased to sponsor Worship on the Rock Marco Island this past weekend, where over 3500 gathered to celebrate our great nation and our Sovereign God. Allen was honored to receive the Charlie Kirk Hero for my Faith Award and gave a keynote speech on the importance of our Judeo-Christian faith heritage as a nation. There is no other nation in the world that was created on the premise that the individual is sovereign because their rights come from a sovereign God. It was wonderful meeting with so many veterans and community members and our SWFL ACRU team during this incredible event.

ACRU Files Amicus Brief in Watson v. Republican National Committee

The American Constitutional Rights Union has filed an amicus curiae brief with the United States Supreme Court in Watson v. Republican National Committee (No. 24-1260), joining the Public Interest Legal Foundation in support of the Respondents. The case centers on a straightforward but consequential question: does federal law require that ballots be received by Election Day? The Mississippi Secretary of State argues states can extend ballot receipt deadlines beyond Election Day. The Respondents, and ACRU, say no.
