Tolerance: The ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular, the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with. The capacity to endure continued subjection to something, especially a drug, transplant, antigen or environmental conditions, without adverse reaction.

Greetings, everyone; I am sitting at the Hampton Inn and Suites at the Jacksonville, Florida, airport. I flew down to pick up my main and reserve parachute in preparation for my trip in a month to Normandy for the 80th anniversary of D-Day. I just gotta tell ya, picking up that equipment really struck home that I am one step closer to participating in the remembrance of one of the greatest moments in US military history. When I got back to my hotel room, I took the time to watch that segment from the HBO mini-series “Band of Brothers” depicting the men of Easy Company 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, loading up and jumping into Normandy, 80 years ago.

I wondered what it was like for them when they picked up their parachute. I wonder what thoughts went through their minds as they rode across the channel as part of an Airborne and Amphibious armada. They were young men, many of whom had lied about their age in order to serve their Nation in combat to defeat evil. Some of them would even commit suicide if they were told that they could not serve.

Sadly, not one of those Men, Paratroopers from Easy Company 506th PIR, is alive today. Perhaps there is a good reason since they are not exposed to this new generation, who, instead of leaning forward to fight our enemies, is marching in the streets in support of them.

We are being told that we must “tolerate” these misguided, deranged, and delusional young people who are ripping down the American flag and replacing it with the banner of an Islamic terrorist group…one that has killed Americans and holds them hostage.

I have often said, “When tolerance becomes a one-way street, it leads to cultural suicide.”

It is simply utter hypocrisy when leftists, Marxists, and Islamo-fascists preach to us about tolerance when they are the most intolerant. Imagine if Christian and Jewish students took to campuses and protested against Islamic terrorists. Would they be tolerated or met with denigrating monikers such as “Islamophobe?” When Americans take to the streets or comment on the unconstitutional open borders policy leading to millions of illegal immigrants, including single military-age males, they are called “xenophobic.” When young female athletes refuse to cower to the deranged gender-confused crowd, they are disparaged as “transphobic.” Recently, when Middle School shot put female athletes protested, they were suspended from athletic competition.

Tolerance in America is only demanded to flow one way, and that is the way of the progressive socialist leftists. When parents want better education for their children, they are not tolerated; they are targeted as domestic terrorists, while real terrorists and supporters of terrorists are given a free pass. When Pro-Life supporters pray outside of clinics where unborn babies are being dismembered in the womb and having their body parts sold, they are not tolerated. They are targeted by pre-dawn FBI raids.

These young people who are supporting Hamas are allowed to take over a campus building. They are allowed to enact whatever violence they desire. This includes advocating genocide of Jewish people, preventing Jewish students from attending class, and calling for “intifada,” being the wanton killing of Jews. That is tolerated.

This is not constitutional free speech or expression. It is amazing to me and should be to you, that these young people are so ignorant of the truth, much the same as the Brown Shirts, SA, of the Nazis in the mid to late 1930s. What happened then was that the German people were forced by coercion, intimidation, threats, and violence to tolerate the SA. And ensuingly, they tolerated the targeting of the Jewish people in Germany and eventually their abduction and extermination.

In just 80 years, we have gone from young American men and women who did what was necessary to combat evil to a generation that embraces evil and demands that we tolerate and reward it. And now we have the Biden administration saying that it will allow Gaza refugees to settle here in America. These are the people who have allowed an Islamic terrorist group, Hamas, to be the governing entity in Gaza since 2006— 18 years.

The Democrats (Biden administration) are more willing to tolerate this abhorrent behavior from these young people for the sake of political and electorate gain. If we want to Live Free in America, that means that we do not tolerate and show tolerance towards evil. And what happened on October 7, 2023, when Hamas crossed the Israeli border, was the pure embodiment of evil, such as it was 80 years ago when the world faced global evil in the face of Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, and Fascist Italy.

The American Constitutional Rights Union will not show tolerance towards evil, especially that which tore down the American flag at Harvard University, replacing it with the Hamas banner. Join us and make a stand for our Constitutional Republic.
