DHS said ICE arrested Adrian Vincent Walker in Tupelo, Mississippi, describing him as a Canadian fugitive wanted for first-degree murder and attempted murder in Toronto. The statement says he also faces U.S. federal charges for illegal entry and illegal possession of a firearm.
