As we come to the end of the year 2022, there is only one way to describe the progressive socialist left, aka the Democrat Party. It has devolved into the anti-constitution party. First of all, America is a constitutional Republic, a sovereign nation, and our constitution serves as our rule of law. A sovereign nation has a sovereign border to defend, and protect, in order to preserve the very existence and security of the nation. We have witnessed two years of abject disregard and abdication of the most basic constitutional duty and responsibility of the federal government, as enshrined in the “Guarantee Clause,” Article IV, Section 4. It clearly states that the federal government is to guarantee to each state in the Union protection from invasion.

When recently asked about visiting the border during a trip to Arizona, Joe Biden asserted that there were more important things. Nothing is more important than upholding the rule of law and protecting American sovereignty . . . certainly not the opening of a microchip factory.

Now the American people are being told that the ones who are responsible for the collapsed border situation are the ones addressing the issue. In other words, the people reporting a fire are responsible, as opposed to the arsonist who started it. We cannot exist as a nation if we are allowing some five million illegal immigrants entry, along with another one million of whom we do not know their identity or whereabouts. This is a national security issue of massive proportions.

But, it is not just that fact that the anti-constitution party has created this national security crisis, they have also created a drug, human, and sex trafficking crisis. This anti-constitution party believes that there is no COVID crisis for illegals, in supporting the lifting of Title 42. Yet, they want us to believe we still must mandate COVID shots for our members of the military. Hundreds of thousands of Americans are dying because of fentanyl. Americans are being killed and assaulted by those here illegally. We are supporting the disgusting practice of child sex trafficking.

Just last week the Supreme Court of North Carolina voted 4-3 against voter ID, stating that this is racially motivated. The anti-constitution party wants anyone to be able to vote in America, and that means those here illegally. If presenting a picture ID to vote is racially motivated, then every airline, bank, and many other institutions and office buildings are racially motivated.

All the while, certain media outlets are not reporting this unconstitutional action.

As well, the leftist media are not reporting the collusion of a federal government law enforcement agency with Twitter to undermine First Amendment rights of free speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of the press. Somehow, we have traveled through some portal and find ourselves living in a lesser version of Russia or China, courtesy of the anti-constitution party. This is the same party that makes it a policy to release violent criminals back onto the streets, defund law enforcement agencies, and undermine our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, which shall not be infringed. As the founders stated, the second amendment is “necessary for the security of a free State.” It is obvious that the anti-constitution party does not want us to “Live Free.” And, in order to undermine that right to personal defense and protection, the anti-constitution party desires to expand “Red Flag Laws” which target our right to due process.

As we enter 2023, the American Constitutional Rights Union will continue to speak up about these affronts to our rule of law.
