Last week the Biden Administration announced it would be ending the Title 42 Covid restrictions on illegal immigrants. I find this to be very ironic as the Governor of Texas just renewed the Covid emergency declaration on 23 March. It would appear illegals have more rights than law-abiding Texas citizens. However, what is quite unconstitutional is the Biden administration's abdication of their constitutional duty under the "Guarantee Clause", Article IV, Section 4. The federal government is charged to protect every state in the union from invasion. And there can be no debate when millions are entering our nation illegally. This is not an immigration issue, it is indeed an invasion.
The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas today expanded a lawsuit, and the preliminary injunction it issued in January in favor of dozens of Navy SEALs, stopping the Department of Defense from punishing any Navy personnel who have religious objections to the Department’s vaccine mandate. The class action and classwide injunction protect every U.S. Navy service member who requested a religious accommodation from the vaccine mandate.

All accused of election-related misconduct in counties surrounding the Detroit metropolitan area, the three women facing felony charges are Trenae Myesha Rainey, 28; Carless Clark, 59; and Nancy Juanita Williams, 55. Prosecutors claim that Rainey worked at the Father Murray Nursing Home in Macomb County and forged the signatures of residents on absentee voting applications.
A Delaware County man who admitted to authorities that he forged signatures of deceased people on absentee ballots is now facing voter fraud charges, according to authorities.
Authorities arrested a North Texas candidate on dozens of felony voter fraud charges after catching him red-handed with a box of mail-in ballots belonging to local voters. Carrollton mayoral candidate Zul Mirza Mohamed was charged Wednesday with 109 felonies for fraudulently requesting and obtaining mail-in ballots he alleged were for nursing home residents.
Susan couldn't believe what she was hearing. Client after client, developmentally disabled person after developmentally disabled person all told the same story: Their vote was stolen from them. Susan, a disability service coordinator who works with developmentally disabled adults who live in various assisted living facilities and group homes in and around Milwaukee, says every one of her more than 20 clients told her that they were either pressured to vote for Democratic candidate Joe Biden or had a vote cast for Biden before they ever had a chance to see their ballot.
