DHS said ICE arrested Dennis Arguello-Acosta on March 14 after authorities identified him as the driver accused in a hit-and-run that killed Fort Bend County Deputy Kenneth Lewis. The statement says Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI located him after receiving an anonymous tip.
