The Supreme Court heard oral arguments Tuesday in a lawsuit filed by Texas and Louisiana over Biden administration guidelines that severely restricted the Department of Homeland Security’s enforcement of federal immigration law against illegal aliens.
The Biden administration allowed hundreds of Afghans from last year’s airlift to disappear into American communities without getting COVID-19 or other vaccinations, an inspector general has revealed. The information was released as the Biden administration was starting the process to fire government workers who didn’t get the coronavirus shots — including some employees at Homeland Security, the department that allowed the Afghans to go free.
There are two definitions of the word invasion. The first is "an instance of invading a country or region with an armed force.” That is happening in Ukraine. The second definition of an invasion is "an incursion of a large number of people or things into a place of sphere of activity." That is happening here in America. It seems unbelievable that so many are asking for legal opinions and articulations of something so very simple.
Last week the Biden Administration announced it would be ending the Title 42 Covid restrictions on illegal immigrants. I find this to be very ironic as the Governor of Texas just renewed the Covid emergency declaration on 23 March. It would appear illegals have more rights than law-abiding Texas citizens. However, what is quite unconstitutional is the Biden administration's abdication of their constitutional duty under the "Guarantee Clause", Article IV, Section 4. The federal government is charged to protect every state in the union from invasion. And there can be no debate when millions are entering our nation illegally. This is not an immigration issue, it is indeed an invasion.
