Law Enforcement Means Enforcing The Law

Things just keep getting curiouser and curiouser. What is the Supremacy Clause, and what part of that does Washington AG Nick Brown not get?  A sheriff is a duly elected constitutional officer. Why is Brown suing the Adams County Sheriff for doing his job? This is almost unbelievable!
