Democrats are threatening to remove security funding for Supreme Court
ACRU Executive Director Allen West has this to say on the issue, "The Senate Democrats do not possess the power of the purse, so any appropriations measure they propose would have to be approved by the US House of Representatives. However, this unconstitutional violation of the separation of powers assault by Senate Democrats against the Judicial branch is a clear threat to our representative democracy and its foundations. But, if the US Supreme Court needs a security force, I am more than happy to head it up!"
The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship

The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
