The Latest Federal Takeover of Elections Violates Federal Law
Democrats haven’t stopped trying to take over elections, they just have new tactics to do so under voters’ noses.Employees throughout the federal government who are carrying out President Joe Biden’s executive order directing them to get involved in state elections are likely all violating the Anti-Deficiency Act, besides interfering in the election process and using federal resources in what seems to be a get-out-the-vote operation for the party in power in the White House.

The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
