Senator Graham's End Sanctuary Cities Act would jail officials who obstruct federal immigration enforcement. With over 200 sanctuary cities refusing to cooperate with ICE, and real people dying as a result, the real outrage is that we need this law at all. The Constitution isn't a menu. You don't get to skip the parts you find inconvenient.

The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship

The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.

Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.

Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
