As I wrote this fall in these very pages, “we are in the midst of a wave of lawfare against anything that resists the Left: the Trump Administration, industries that have refused to bend the knee to progressive policy preferences, and individuals who dare disagree or speak up against the Left’s worldview.”

It is time for the adults to step up, as responsible adults, and do what is necessary to lead this Nation. It starts with telling the American people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear, or being gimme-crats.

The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
